Common questions

My forwarded booking hasn't appeared. Open the app and pull down to refresh on your trips list. Make sure you forwarded from the email address you registered.

How do I add a train or drive? Open a trip, tap add, and choose the type — TripCheat finds real train times and works out drive times for you.

Something looks wrong. Every item on the timeline is editable — tap it to adjust times or details. Still stuck? Email support@trip-cheat.com.
